THERE IS STILL HOPE

About three and ½ years ago, I discovered Celiac Disease when Dr. Levy, an endocrinologist at Rush Presbyterian Hospital, and Dr. Lyodstill, a gastroentorologist at Rush Presbyterian Hospital, diagnosed four of my youngest children. It was then, that we learned that gluten could be harmful to our children. As a parent, I felt it was my responsibility to educate myself on Celiac disease and gluten free products.
In learning that gluten is found in almost every dish that I would prepare, for example pasta and bread, I had no choice but to modify our recipes using gluten free products. Everything on our gluten-free menu is free of Gluten contamination and made from scratch using the finest, freshest ingredients.
My family and I look forward to serving any special needs that our customers have. We will do our best to make your food suitable for your health and tasteful for your palate.
