We figured out about Celiac disease in 2002 because Lucy the youngest Libreri girl stopped growing. So, my Mom, took Lucy to the doctor and they took a blood test. The results came in a month later and said Lucy had Celiac. My mom asked the doctor what is celiac disease. He said that it is when you cannot eat wheat products. Rosalia took the rest of Libreri family to get a blood test. The test came in; only the four youngest had celiac disease.
